Joseph J. Scouloukas
Branch Office Manager
Joe is the Branch Office Manager for ​CB Tax & Accounting. He is in charge of running the office as well as servicing the financial needs and investments for our clients.
Laureen Ondrejech
Registered Tax Preparer & Payroll Administrator
In addition to being an experienced tax professional, Laureen performs payroll duties such as processing employer payroll, preparing quarterly and year-end tax filings and ensuring client's compliance with all taxing agencies. Her background also includes experience in the Workers' Compensaton industry, specifically the premium reduction programs offered to Ohio employers.
Dean Scouloukas
Vice President of Accounting
Dean Scouloukas has been a financial services industry professional for more than fifteen years. In addition to being a Registered Tax Return Preparer, he also holds a license to practice Insurance in the State of Ohio.
​Denise is the accounting part of ​CB Tax & Accounting. Besides doing the administrative work in the office, she is in charge of payroll, filing quarterly tax reports, and bookkeeping for our business clients.
Michael Knezevic
Project Manager
​Mike prepares personal and business tax returns, performs accounting services, and advises clients regarding tax planning. He also helps clients with strategic business development and consulting.
Lori James
Front Desk Receptionist
Lori is our full-time front desk receptionist/office assistant/payroll clerk. She takes care of scheduling for the tax and financial advising department. She also processes Payroll via QuickBooks and employer tax payments, end of year reconciliations and W2's for some small business clients.
Erica has been with our firm since we moved to our current location in 2017. She is a front desk receptionist/office assistant and has recently taken over as Joe's Non-Registered Financial Advising Assistant.
Patrick Remington
Registered Tax Preparer
Pat has been with our company for fifteen years. He is a registered tax preparer and focuses on preparing, calculating and filing income taxes for individuals and businesses.

Michelle Ritvo
Certified Public Accountant
Michelle began her career in public accounting with a multinational firm. Michelle holds a Certified Public Accountant license and has been practicing as a CPA for 30+ years. She specializes in providing accounting services for a variety of our clients in diverse industries.
Tricia Teribery
Accounting Manager
Tricia is a new addition to the CB Tax & Accounting team and has over 30 years of experience in the accounting industry. As Accounting Manager, her main focus will be on personal tax returns for clients.
